A stationary stone crushing plant is designed to crush and screen over 120 types of rocks into various aggregates, like limestone and granite, to produce essential aggregates, including coarse aggregates and fine sand. Key equipment includes primary jaw crushers, secondary cone or impact crushers, vibrating screens, and belt conveyors. These plants, such as 200 tph or 300 tph models, are installed for long-term operation in mining, quarrying, and construction. Produced aggregates are vital raw materials for the construction industry, used in ready-mixed concrete, asphalt concrete, plaster, and for building road bases.

Feeding
A loader or excavator dumps large-size stone into a hopper, where a vibrating feeder then transfers it evenly into the jaw crusher for primary crushing.
Coarse crushing
The jaw crusher reduces material to ≤150mm. A belt conveyor then transports it to a secondary crusher (impact or cone crusher) for further reduction.
Fine crushing
A cone or impact crusher further processes the coarsely crushed aggregates. After screening, any oversized pieces are sent back for recrushing.
Screening
The crushed material is screened into 0-5mm (sand), 5-10mm, and 10-20mm aggregates. The 20-40mm oversize is returned to the crusher for recrushing, while the qualified products are stockpiled for sale or construction.
With good reputation, excellent quality and sound after-sales service, it has won praise from the world.
