Active lime (CaO) is widely used in industries such as steel, chemical industry, and environmental protection (such as desulfurization in power plants). Its production line process mainly includes preheating, calcination, cooling and other links.

Pre-treatment of raw materials
Crushing and screening: Limestone (20-50mm) is crushed to a suitable particle size by a jaw crusher and a cone crusher.
Homogenization storage: Raw material bin + elevator + preheater top bin to ensure stable composition.
Preheating and decomposition
Vertical preheater: The limestone is heated to 900℃ by the 1150℃ kiln tail gas, and decomposed by about 30%.
Hydraulic push rod: Pushes the preheated limestone into the rotary kiln.
Calcination
Rotary kiln (1200-1350℃): Limestone decomposes into CaO and CO₂, with an activity of more than 380ml.
Fuel options: pulverized coal, coal gas, biofuel.
Cooling and finished product handling
Vertical cooler: cold air is cooled to below 100℃, hot air (600℃) is recycled for combustion.
Transport and storage: vibrating feeder + belt conveyor is used to deliver to the finished product warehouse, and screening is optional.
Bag dust collector: The waste gas is discharged after cooling and dust removal (≤220℃).
