System Overview

The mobile aggregate production line usually includes feeding, crushing, screening, conveying and other links. Depending on the characteristics of the materials and the demand for finished products, single-stage, two-stage or three-stage crushing processes can be adopted. Due to its flexibility, rapid production, and low infrastructure costs, it is widely used in fields such as mining, construction waste treatment, and highway and railway construction.

Process Flow

Feeding: The vibrating feeder evenly feeds, and some equipment is equipped with pre screening function (such as bar screen to remove soil).

Rough crushing: Jaw crusher crushes to below 150-200mm.

Medium to fine crushing:Cone crusher is used for hard rocks (granite, basalt).Impact crusher is used for medium hard rocks (limestone, sandstone).

Screening: vibrating screen classification, returning large particles for closed-loop crushing.

Stone shaping (optional): Optimize the particle shape by the sand making machine to improve the quality of the aggregate.

Finished product transportation: belt conveyor for stacking or direct Bulk cargo loading.
