Gravity beneficiation is a traditional beneficiation method based on mineral density differences, widely used for the recovery of minerals such as gold, tungsten, tin, iron, and manganese. The core principle is to use gravity, centrifugal force, or fluid dynamics to stratify and separate mineral particles of different densities.

Ore preparation stage
rushing and screening: Crushing the raw ore to a suitable particle size (usually 10-50mm) and grading it to ensure uniform selection.
Washing and desliming: Removing clay and fine-grained mineral mud to improve sorting efficiency (suitable for sand or weathered ores).

Product treatment
Concentrate dewatering: Concentrator+filter (ceramic filtration or pressure filtration).
Tailings treatment: dry discharge (cyclone+pressure filtration) or tailings pond storage.
