The dry mortar production line mainly includes raw material pretreatment, ingredient metering, mixing, and finished product packaging. It is widely used in the fields of construction, building materials, and chemicals. Raw material pretreatment
Artificial sand: needs to be crushed, dried and screened (such as three-pass dryer + vibrating screen).
River sand: Just dry and sieve.
Storage of cementitious materials: Cement, fly ash, etc. are stored in large storage tanks, and small materials such as cellulose and rubber powder are stored in small silos.
Ingredient measurement
Computer control system: accurate measurement of cement, sand, admixtures, etc.
Screw conveyor/bucket elevator: transports materials to the mixer.
Mixing
Gravity-free mixer (double shaft/single shaft): mixing time 2-5 minutes, uniformity ≥99%.
High-speed flying knife: disperses fibers and prevents clumping.
Finished product processing
Packaging: Valve bag/open bag packaging machine (20-50kg/bag).
Bulk: Dedicated bulk trucks or silo storage.
